Vacuum defoaming: By vacuuming and removing bubbles from the sealing material, voids can be avoided after solidification, which can affect the sealing effect;
Sealing: Inject materials into the components to be sealed in a vacuum environment, ensuring that small gaps, holes, and other details are completely filled to improve sealing reliability;
Environmental adaptation: Suitable for precision components with high requirements for sealing and insulation, to prevent water vapor, dust, and corrosive substances from entering.
2、 Main components
1. Vacuum system
Vacuum pump: provides a vacuum environment (usually with a vacuum degree of -90kPa to -100kPa), used to extract air and bubbles from the material inside the sealing chamber;
Vacuum chamber: accommodates the components to be sealed and the sealing material, with a sealed structure to ensure a stable vacuum environment.
2. Sealing material supply system
Storage tank: stores sealing glue, resin and other materials, and some systems have heating functions (such as temperature control devices) to prevent material solidification or viscosity increase;
Metering pump/valve: Correctly control the material output and support the ratio sealing of single component or two-component materials (such as A/B glue mixture).
3. Motion and Control System
Mechanical arm/mobile platform: locate the components to be sealed and achieve automated sealing (such as fixed-point injection and trajectory spraying);
Control panel: Set parameters such as vacuum degree, sealing amount, curing time, etc., support program preset and automated operation.
4. Auxiliary components
Curing device: Some units integrate heating or UV curing functions to accelerate material curing;
Waste gas treatment: Filter volatile gases that may be generated during the sealing process to ensure operational safety.
3、 Working principle
Preprocessing: Place the components to be sealed into a vacuum chamber and check if the viscosity and ratio of the sealing material meet the requirements;
Vacuuming: Start the vacuum pump to achieve the preset vacuum degree (such as -95kPa) in the chamber, and maintain it for a period of time to eliminate air in the gaps between components and materials;
Sealing operation: In a vacuum state, material is injected into the area of the component to be sealed through a metering pump, and the material is penetrated into fine gaps using vacuum negative pressure;
Pressure relief and curing: Slowly release the vacuum to allow the material to naturally level under normal pressure, and then form a sealing layer by heating or curing at room temperature.

Electronic industry: Encapsulate power modules, sensor chips, PCB circuit boards to prevent moisture or short circuits;
Automotive manufacturing: waterproof sealing of wire harness connectors, motor coils, and onboard controllers to adapt to high temperature and vibration environments;
Aerospace: Vacuum sealing of precision instruments and connectors to meet high reliability and extreme environmental requirements;
In the field of new energy, the sealing of lithium battery cells and photovoltaic junction boxes improves waterproof and insulation performance.
